Hi, I’m Lea G (aka WOMANMAN).
In 2019, things weren’t really clicking for me as an artist. I was releasing music but nothing was connecting truly and I was so broke and knew something needed to change.
So I went all in and moved from Austria to London to give it my best shot. I studied Music Business to understand the industry, where I fit in it, and learnt how to make my own rules. And that’s when things started to shift.
I became the youngest board director at The Ivors Academy, got to record at Abbey Road Studios, started working with Grammy award-winning engineers and producers, and built a fanbase who are so invested they will travel from Europe to London to see a show of mine. I now make music full time and couldn't be more happy with how things are going.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve helped more than 100 independent and signed artists and musicians grow their careers – from signing management and sync deals, to securing festival slots, generating real income, building their fanbase and creating sustainable careers.
I believe you don’t need to do more. You just need to be more you. Building your fanbase is what is needed to have a sustainable career in this industry. I want to help you do that.
